Yesterday, I visited my Alma Mater- Presbyterian College aka PC. I used to be very faithful in visiting often and keeping in touch, but one does get busy with other activities and aspects of life. I did promise myself that I would do better in getting reconnected and visiting more often rather than every four or five or years. Enjoy the pictures!
Summer is here. I don't have as much to accomplish before school starts in August; therefore, I may actually get back to blogging once again. It's been almost two years since I moved to Summerville. To be honest, the move has been even better than I thought. I am going to TRY to be better at blogging being that I have so many pictures I'd like to include. As this is my online journal and photo album, my long term goal is to keep this blog up and running as well as to have it printed into a book eventually. Here is the latest addition to my "family" if you will.
This is a REALLY nice car. I was planning to start looking next summer, but this car was came to me by surprise.
I had been driving this car (see below) for 12 years and knew that the time for a new car was approaching. Being that both are Toyotas, I know that the Corolla (see above) will serve me just as well as the Echo (bottom picture).
So... I have been blogging off and on for the last seven years.Since I am taking a technology course, I will be adding more posts about school, technology, professional articles and more than likely ideas I have received from this course I an taking. Feel free to follow and comment.

My friend, Tamara, has inspired me to post an entry every Thursday entitled "Thankful Thursdays." With all that is going on these days and just observing what I do around others, I have LOTS to be thankful for. Having just moved to Summerville a little over a week ago, I was reminded how blessed I am and how thankful I should be for everything I have. It's like I have reminded students, neighbors and friends there is always someone who is less fortunate than we are; so it IS important to count our blessings.
