Valantine's
The Valentine's party for my students was a success. I had planned to make the cookie dough from scratch, but it just didn't happen; however, I had some gourmet cookie dough I had bought in the fall;so that worked nicely! In fact I ended up with a little over 4 dozen cookies for the class. Fun times! The smaller heart cookies were a little more pronounced than the larger, but all turned out well! Definitely a keeper for next year!!
SNOW-- What????? In the Low country?!
Last weekend called for sleet and snow. I was secretly hoping for a day off from school to play in the white stuff, but no such luck. However, upon coming home from a Mardi Gra Party, I was greeted by the white stuff. Hey-- we'll take what we get!!!
It's been a while
